How does the two-tier structure work?
Tier one is your own referrals. Tier two is the partners you personally bring in. Rates differ by offer: Basic, Professional, and the new 297 Elite Membership pay a flat 33% on both tiers, Ascend the Ladder pays 22% on Tier 1 and 11% on Tier 2, and Pro Plus plus the Virtual Assistant programs pay 10% and 2%. Every one of these is a lifetime recurring commission, not a one-time or first-year payout. All commissions come from actual sales. Nobody is ever paid for recruiting.
How long does my link track someone?
365 days from the click. If they buy anytime in that window, including an upgrade later, you get credit.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 15th, by PayPal or Wise. Recurring commissions on memberships continue for as long as the customer stays active, not just the first sale.
Is this an MLM?
No. There is no buy-in, no inventory, and no payment for signing people up. It is a two-tier affiliate program: commissions only exist when a real customer buys a real product or service.
Do I need to be a member to be a partner?
No, but partners who are members convert better because they speak from experience. Veterans and first responders receive free Basic membership.
